As a Product Manager with Multiverse Labs, I collaborated closely with the CEO to define the product strategy and roadmap for the metaverse platform using Unreal 5.0, Web3 and cloud streaming. I helped in establishing key launch partnerships, and worked on bridging the gap between business and technology by interacting with clients and launch partners to identify their needs and propose solutions.
In an agile work environment, I worked closely with designers, developers, and project managers during the platform design and development phases. I defined and prioritized user stories, epics, and features based on business value, user needs, and technical feasibility. I also conducted product playtests to gather user feedback, analyze metrics, and identify opportunities for enhancing the product.
To provide data-driven decisions for feature prioritization, I worked with databases and analytics tools. My contributions played a key role in driving successful outcomes for the company's metaverse platform.

I designed and developed mini-games and game features to improve the existing gameplay experience and bring in a novel experience for the players for better user engagement in some of the existing social games like Yoville, Hidden Shadows, Vampire wars, etc. Involved in game designing workshops to bring up new game ideas, build new game mechanics, and building interactive prototypes and perform player testing to validate the games and game features. Collaborated with artists, product managers, and developers for implementing new game features. Interacted with principal game designers and was involved in designing and developing new mobile game IP.
